EnergyFer offers its customers an “All Inclusive” service that accompanies them in every phase of the system set up.
The service includes:
- Free technical consultancy and site appraisal
- The redaction of all the administrative documents both on line or on paper:
Redaction of the application forms for connection to the existing wiring system, for funding from the GSE and for the elaboration of the DIA where required
- Identification, assistance and follow-up care in dealings with the financial creditor of the system
- Supply of the solar panels
- Design, installation and technical assistance for solar panel systems of all sizes for private use, institutions and businesses
- Maintenance and cleaning of the installed systems
- Monitoring and video-surveillance of the systems
- Testing and certification in accordance with the DM n.37/2008
- Insurance coverage of the system
